The three most effective anti-aging ingredients according to studies by Prof. David Sinclair are currently NMN (nicotinamide -mononucleotide); resveratrol (the so-called "red wine molecule") and metformin (EU-approved and approved as a diabetes drug). However, especially in the USA, there is a kind of 'war of faith' between two groups; who differ in their beliefs; which of the two substances (NR = nicotinamide riboside or NMN = nicotinamide mononucleotide) is the most effective anti-aging agent. We (of course) follow Prof. Sinclair's assessment; and for David, NMN is clearly the more effective substance.

The most important finding from the interview with Prof. Sinclair is that the minimum dose of NR powder is 400 mg per day. A study cited in the interview shows that these 400 mg represent a kind of threshold and that below this threshold no effect of NR occurs.
