Important

The following applies to deliveries to countries outside the EU, but especially to deliveries to crisis regions: Responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer when the shipment is verifiably handed over to the shipping service provider. The sender assumes no responsibility for delays that are not his responsibility. For shipments that the shipping service provider has classified as 'lost', the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price including shipping costs as soon as the shipping service provider has confirmed the loss.The shipping fees given here are absolutely reliable only for the countries of the EU. For all other countries, the fees that are displayed at checkout at checkout apply in case of doubt.

Due to the change in our system, we have unfortunately not yet completely prepared the extensive list with the shipping charges for all countries in the world. The list is only available in the shop language German. In any case, you will see the shipping costs at checkout when you select the country to which the delivery should be made in the corresponding dropdown menu (delivery address).​

Regular shipping to countries outside the European Union (such as the USA, Canada, Israel, Brazil etc.) is from Germany and there is no VAT / sales tax.

Special features for deliveries to Switzerland: It is easily possible to import NMN into Switzerland! You even have an additional advantage: Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, we will not charge you German VAT (currently 19%) for a delivery address in Switzerland. In return, however, you will be charged the import sales tax of 7.7% levied by Swiss customs. In order to save you customs formalities and additional fees, we will take care of the import for you and deliver the ordered goods directly from Switzerland, provided the goods are in stock in Switzerland. (If the ordered goods are not in stock, you will receive a message from us and you can then choose whether you would rather wait or whether we should send you the goods from Germany.)

If the country you are in does not exist in our list of countries of delivery, you can send us an individual request. We will then inform you if a shipment to this country is possible and how the shipping conditions are.

Standard Shipping (Overseas 8 to 14 days)

Shipping takes place twice a week (Tuesdays and Saturdays) if we receive the orders by Monday 8 p.m. or Friday 8 p.m. at the latest. For shipments to a non-EU country, the shipment will be delayed by one working day if the order value is over EUR 1,000, since such shipments must first be cleared by customs in our fulfillment center.

DHL Express (overseas 4 to 7 days):

Shipping within the EU (and up to an order value of EUR 1,000 also to a non-EU country) takes place on the following working day if the order is received before 8 p.m. (for orders on a Friday, shipping can only take place on Monday). For shipments to a country outside the EU and with an order value of more than EUR 1,000, two days are required, since such shipments must first be cleared by customs in our fulfillment center.

The calculated charges for express shipments include a fuel surcharge that depends on the flight booked and is recalculated monthly by DHL Express. Should the actual surcharge turn out to be lower than shown in the shop, the difference will be credited to your account and will be available as a credit for future orders.

In the shop, the price for the cheapest option is displayed and booked when you select express delivery.

There are situations in which it is so urgent that a "normal express delivery" is still too slow.If you find yourself in such a situation, you can instruct us to choose the fastest possible form of shipping. This may include working late in the evening or even at night, or sending an employee to the shipping center specifically for your order outside of working hours. The additional costs incurred by us must be secured by you in the form of an advance payment of EUR 100 (but you ultimately only pay for the services we actually provide; any advance payment not used will be credited back to your account) by clicking onthis linkand adding the advance payment to your order. Please leave notes about your specific wishes in the comments field (for example: "Accept additional costs for deployment at night" and/or "Choose fastest express delivery method").We cannot guarantee a deployment at night, so you will only be charged the costs for such a deployment (EUR 50) if an employee could be found for it. -NOTE:This procedure is not suitable for express shipments to non-EU countries with an order value of more than EUR 1,000. As described below, such shipments must be inspected by customs prior to shipment and the delay associated with this is disproportionate to the time saved by the measures described here. Even for shipments with a value of less than EUR 1,000, the transit time depends so heavily on customs formalities at the destination country that the acceleration provided by special express services is of little consequence. In these cases, 'normal express delivery' is probably the wiser choice.

Express shipments within Germany:If the order value of your order should be more than EUR 150, normal shipments are free of charge. For technical reasons, you will not see the 'express delivery' option in this case. As a solution, we suggest the following procedure: You write "Express shipping - fees transferred via PayPal" in the comment field at checkout and transfer EUR 60 to the PayPal account sekretariat.afega@gmail,com and enter the order number and the text under purpose "Express Shipping Surcharge".

Import regulations

If you are unsure whether you are allowed to import the substances you have ordered, it could be advantageous to place your orders in a chemical shop. It cannot be ruled out that the very name of our shop (AFEGA Anti-Aging Shop) fuels the suspicion that chemicals such as NMN, which are not approved for human consumption, are intended to be used as dietary supplements. In such a case, we recommend you to place your order with our partners 'AFEGFA Chemicals':: afega-chemicals.com

If you do not live in an EU country, please note:

Check with your country's customs authorities to determine whether you are allowed to import the product you wish to purchase (especially in the case of NMN). NMN is not a dangerous or prohibited substance, but there are often difficulties with the customs authorities because the substance is still virtually unknown outside of the United States. It helps if you state that it is a chemical that you need for research purposes. If you state that it is a nutritional supplement, you will have difficulties because NMN is not (yet) approved as a nutritional supplement. We are willing to help you getting NMN imported by using 'AFEGA Research Group' instead of 'AFEGA Anti-Aging-Shop' as sender address and by putting the note "For research purposaes only" on the package. Please leave a note in the commentary field at checkout if you want us to do so. - Customs formalities: If you are worried about customs processing, we can save you customs formalities (not the costs) if you select DHL EXPRESS as the shipping method and leave us a corresponding note ("Please use DDP delivery method") in the comments field. We will then calculate in advance the import sales tax and customs duties applicable to your country for this delivery and will invoice you for these amounts in advance (e.g. with a payment link if you paid via PayPal).​

The weight information given on this page is the GROSS weight, i.e. the weight including packaging. Therefore, the information on this page is only an orientation. Only the price shown in the shopping cart is binding.​ And please be aware: From 01.01.2020, goods may no longer be sent abroad as ordinary letters. 

Special conditions for dealers

If you are a retailer and want to order larger quantities, please send us an inquiry tosekretariat.afega@gmail.comand describe in as much detail as possible which products you want to order, in which quantities and in which packaging (packaging size / container material / labeling). We will then make you an individual offer. Important: Dealers can pay with PayPal because the conditions guaranteed by PayPal are geared towards end customers and are not applicable to commercial customers. - For orientation, here is the discount scale for wholesale customers (the scale always refers to the kilo price of the respective product). From 3 kg 7.5%, from 5 kg 10%, from 10 kg 15%, from 25 kg 20%.

Methods of payment

Prepayment discount: If you pay in advance, i.e. if you transfer the invoice amount directly to our bank account instead of paying by PayPal or credit card, you will receive a discount of 3%. However, this does not apply to dealers.

We offer numerous payment options, in addition toPayPal and a regular bank transfer: N26 (EU), TWINT (CH), Revolut (CH + EU), Bitcoin (World), etc. If you use one of the payment methods N26, Revolut , TWINT or Bitcoin, choose 'Bank Transfer' at checkout. You will then receive the corresponding account information for each of these payment methods via email. Please indicate in the comments box if you are using any of the alternative payment methods instead of a regular bank transfer. Note: If you are a PayPal customer, PayPal now offers you the option of paying in installments.​Payment in Bitcoin/ETH/CRO/USDT (from an invoice amount of EUR 500 and only for delivery to countries outside the EU and Switzerland/Lichtenstein): If you indicate in the comment field at checkout that you want to pay with Bitcoin, you will receive an email with the address to which you have to send the Bitcoin and the invoice amount in Bitcoin.
